Hi Sally,

Thanks for this excellent contribution.

I'm so happy to hear that you prepare your pets' food for them from scratch and no longer feed any commercial dog food. It's a great step in the right direction! I only wish more pet owners were going this route.

And good luck with your home made dog food sales, if you decide to take your friends' suggestions to go into business with your pet food!

Sad to say that even after the appalling events of the contaminated pet food last year that killed as many as a few thousand dogs and necessitated a huge scale, and unprecedented pet food recalls, many pet owners are still feeding their pets commercial pet food.

Thankfully, many of my readers are making the change if they haven't always fed raw or <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" style="background-color: #ff0000" href="http://www.pet-care-information.com/dog/recipes.html" rel="nofollow">home-cooked dog food</a>, but I'd love to see ALL my readers do so!

Regards,
